White house securities was established and founded in 1995 by a select group of Egyptian and gulf Arab businessmen who enjoy substantial financial means, since its establishment and until 2007, white house securities was management and lower focusing on the use of other licences operating in the field of corporate establishments and securities promotion. Nevertheless, this fact does not abate te company’s attainments of some corporate establishments but at a lower profile. This operational attitude was driven from the thriving Egyptian Stock Market in this period, which helped the company realizing satisfactory returns on capital at that time. |
Starting year 2008 and with the witnessed downturn in the Egyptian stock market that begun in 2007, the company decided to more aggressively striking the capital market through properly utilizing its underwriting and securities promotion licenses and getting exposed to new tools in the market such as Investment Banking, Venture capital and management Consultancy to better cope with the developing market. it is worth mentioning that on the macro level those tools together worth proper completion of the government privatization program are very essential to remedy the current downturn in the stock market. |

With the view of implementing the new strategy, new management headed by Mr. hany El- Hendawy the chairman and Mr. Ahmed Fayek the mangaging director started by rebuilding the company’s infrastructure in order to better serve the new corporate objectives. This infrastructure rebuilding is briefly composed of the following:
- Recruitment of competent employees to work in those departments.
- Improving the company’s anutomation system by acquiring new software.
- Building up professional library to help employees carrying out their work competently.
- Building up a database system through which the research department to serve all other activities.
- Establishment of new departments, namely corporate finance, investment banking and research banking and research departments.
- Implantation of training program to the company’s employees.
- Promoting for the company locally and abroad in order to build an excellent clientele helping in attracting valuable deals.
- Joined Nile Stock Exchange ( the first Mid and Small Cap Market), the mid and small cap companies that qualify too get listed on Nilesx are those company capital is less than L.E. 25 million.

The said infrastructure has been implemented during 2007 and many mandates of excellent deals have been signed and expected to reap considerable revenues during end 2008 and 2009. |
